What is FUTURIO Home?
FUTURIO Home is a browser-based 3D room planner and online room configurator. It helps recreate real dimensions, choose a ready layout, personalise the interior and review the available drawings.
Can I design a room myself without an interior designer?
Yes. The configurator is made for non-professionals and uses ready options and clear controls. Complex structural or engineering work should still be reviewed by a specialist.
Do I need to install any software?
No. FUTURIO Home runs in a modern browser and requires no installation.
How do I create a room using my own dimensions?
Choose a room type, open Planning and enter the width, length and height. Then add the actual windows, doors, columns or protrusions.
Which room types are supported?
The current Early Beta supports bedrooms. Home offices, kids rooms and bathrooms are shown as the next room types planned for the product.
Can I change the interior an unlimited number of times?
Yes. Inside the free 3D configurator, you can keep switching the available layouts, materials, colours, furniture and lighting. You only pay for the finished outputs you choose.
Are my rooms saved?
Yes. Up to nine rooms are saved automatically. Without signing in, they remain in this device’s browser; after you sign in, they sync with your account and are restored on your other devices.
What can I change in the configurator?
Depending on the room type, you can change dimensions, openings, ready layouts, furniture, wall and floor materials, fabrics, hardware, ceilings, lighting, equipment, smart-home options and personalisation.
Does the planner account for windows, doors, columns and protrusions?
Yes. They can be added with measured sizes and offsets, and they affect layout options and selected checks. A separate niche tool is not currently advertised.
Which drawings are available?
Early Beta shows a proposed plan, flooring, ceiling and lighting, electrical points, wall elevations, isometrics, schedules and visuals. The sheet set depends on the room contents.
Can I give the drawings to my contractor?
Yes. Drawing access costs UAH 149 and downloading the PDF costs UAH 149. Critical dimensions and engineering decisions must still be verified on site before construction.
How much does FUTURIO Home cost?
The 3D configurator and unlimited changes are free. Drawing access costs UAH 149, PDF download costs UAH 149, one photorealistic visualization costs UAH 99, a full visualization set costs UAH 699, and a room video costs UAH 499.
Does FUTURIO Home replace an interior designer?
For a typical DIY room design it can provide a strong starting point. It does not replace a professional where site supervision, structural changes or regulated engineering are involved.
Does the configurator work on phones and tablets?
The main interface adapts to mobile screens, but detailed 3D editing and the drawing set are more comfortable on a modern laptop or tablet. Performance depends on the device’s WebGL support.
What does Early Beta mean?
The product is already usable, while layout rules, room support and drawings continue to evolve. Interface changes and occasional inaccuracies are still possible.
